Clients are prohibited from endeavoring to violate any regulations of the Site including and without limitation. You are not authorized to use any information or images related to Hat Bakso Core team members or any relevant event images without prior permission. Unauthorized access to protected systems may bring you under penalty. Any disobedience of system security may subject you to criminal liability.

The products, information, graphics, images, logos and the arrangements that are displayed on our website are solely the property of Hat Bakso and are strictly protected by the Copyright Act, 2000 (followed by amendments) of Bangladesh.

Upon visiting the Site, or sending e-mails or messages to us, the communications are done by electronic means. You are required to provide valid contact details specially phone number while placing an order with us. We may reach you via e-mail, SMS, phone call or by any other mode of communication we choose to utilize. You agree to receive transactional or promotional communications from us with respect to your use of the website to take care of all modes of communication with the same importance.

Order Confirmation:

The approval of your order is considered confirmed when the product is dispatched to you. Upon time of confirming the order, we will provide an approximate timeline that the processing of your order will take, but we cannot guarantee this timeline to be meticulously précised. But we commit to you to make every practical effort to ensure that the analytic timeline is met. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time.

Credit/Debit Card Validations:

This verification can take the shape of an identity, birth date, place of residence, or banking information check etc. The absence of an answer following such inquiry will automatically cause the cancellation of the order within a reasonable timeline. Delay in Delivery:

Hat Bakso will not be responsible for any delay or failure regarding to any unexpected occurrences beyond our control.  This delay does not affect your constitutional rights.

Users are not authorized to use any of the trademarks, logos, pictures or contents administrated by Hat Bakso. Please read these conditions carefully before placing an order for any products. These conditions signify your agreement to be abided by these terms.
